Zero hours contracts offer flexibility but workers retain key rights. The Workers (Predictable Terms and Conditions) Act 2023 allows workers to request predictable hours after 26 weeks.

  • Worker retains right to work elsewhere

  • Holiday pay accrues on hours actually worked (12.07%)
